Talking to the Mirror, Mick Clegg – former fitness coach of Manchester United under manager Sir Alex Ferguson, confirmed that Cristiano Ronaldo is fully capable of becoming a world-class coach in the future:

“Cristiano can still play well into his 40s. I have absolutely no doubt about that, because he is still in excellent physical condition. But, he always has big plans for life. himself, and I hope that Ronaldo is looking forward to a future with coaching.”

“First of all, I can see that Ronaldo will play a coach-cum-player role, because I think it’s a step up in his experience and level of expertise.”
